Sometimes, in the middle of all the craziness, everything just works out. Amie and Tyler planned a fun and colorful wedding in the backyard of her parents house in Prague, OK. They are a super sweet couple and I felt honored to be able to document their wedding and all the creativity and love that came with it. They had handmade DIY details, their bridal party (and about everyone under 20) did a flash mob dance down the isle, and Amie and Tyler sang a duet during the ceremony!

Meredith & Ryan are married! This wedding was full of so many special moments that made for great photos! I was very blessed to be a part of this day for my former roommate and good friend. She was so gorgeous, her new husband is super sweet, and the bridal party was a blast. Their ceremony and cake reception took place at Crown Heights Christian Church in Oklahoma City, followed by a dinner reception at the Community Center in downtown Edmond. Congrats you two!

Laura should go into wedding planning or something. Every single detail of this super-organized bride’s day was pure perfection, not to mention the awesome weather (not sure how they did that!), fun family and friends, and the fact that the camera loved this couple! The whole event was held on Daniel’s parents’ land in Thackerville, Oklahoma. They’d been busy all weekend setting up the whimsical entry way and stage that made me feel like I had stumbled into a flee market in Alice’s Wonderland.

So so so excited that I finally get to share Melissa’s bridal photos! This may be one of my favorite photo shoots to date! Melissa married one of my best friends, Caleb, and I’m so excited I got to work with them on the photos. She had one of the most amazing dresses I’ve ever seen, and it fit her style so well! We did the shoot at her wedding venue, Dresser Manion, in Tulsa. The building was gorgeous and had great colors and natural light in every room.

Most of our time at WPPI was consumed with rushing around to classes and browsing the trade show, but toward the end of our trip, we had time built in to explore Las Vegas and some surrounding areas and attractions. (Unfortunately Carly had to fly home before this part.)

The Neon Boneyard Sign Museum is easily my favorite place in Las Vegas. They are an organization that rescues and sometimes restores retired neon signs. It’s an expensive endeavor, so to fund it, they give guided history tours through the sign yard. They also allow client shoots there which I’d love to have the opportunity to do- so if anyone wants book a shoot in this location, you’ll have the coolest pictures around! It would be awesome for engagements, bridals, band promos, etc. In fact, this has been a music video location for the likes of Jimmy Eat World, The Killers, and more! Contact me for destination shoot pricing! The photo of me was snapped by Catie Bartlett.

After our tour, Lisa, Catie, and I decided to hang around downtown Las Vegas and see what else we could take pictures of. It was a really cool area, and we landed in front of a wall with a fun pattern. Below are some more Lensbaby photos, as well as various shots from the day. Photo of me by Catie Bartlett.
