I had the pleasuring of joining Coast Modern on tour this summer, supporting The Wombats (a long-time favorite!). While with them, we hit cities in the SW, and had a few adventure/shooting/travel days in between!

A lot of care and love went into the preparation of this day, but it was still not overshadowed by the love showered on them from the close friends and family in attendance. Even the incredibility spontaneous rain storm didn’t stop the festivities! Joy and Steve created a black tie, Great Gatsby atmosphere for their Gilcrease Museum wedding in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their creativity showed through on all of the amazing custom touches and details, and my favorite was Joy’s BLHDN wedding skirt that gave us a lot to play with during portraits! I went out with Mainland for a few days in support of the Marianas Trench “Hey You Guys” Tour. Being their second tour ever as the Mainland project, it was to fun to witness the waves of new fans made after each city’s high energy set. Can’t wait to see what happens next for them. These photos span the shows in LA, Vegas, Tempe, and Dallas.

Oklahoma City is home to so many creative music industry friends! Last week I got together with musician/producer Austin Cannon for a modern and stylist promo shoot.

Met up with this beauty in Downtown Dallas for her HS Senior shoot! Laura found me through my band tour work, so it was really fun to connect!
It’s so much fun to shoot clients that I’ve worked with before, especially when the first round was their wedding! Kasey and Andrew are so much fun and have great style and ideas- so it’s a blast to collaborate with them. We got together for their indoor/outdoor portrait session in Midtown last week.
Got to create some beautiful shots with this cool lady, Makenna Fields, who is a singer in Oklahoma. We had such a nice day in downtown OKC!
I spent a day in the studio with Smallpools at the end of the Lovetap! Tour this summer to document the process of recording their acoustic mashup cover of Major Lazer’s “Lean On” with the classic song “Lean on Me” at the Red Bull Studio in Santa Monica. It was amazing to watch the process from arrangement to tracking (as well as hopping into the booth to contribute some group vocals myself).
