It’s so much fun to shoot clients that I’ve worked with before, especially when the first round was their wedding! Kasey and Andrew are so much fun and have great style and ideas- so it’s a blast to collaborate with them. We got together for their indoor/outdoor portrait session in Midtown last week.
I was honored to do newborn pictures for my good friends Brock and Heather Lay’s newly adopted baby boy, Pilot! Had so much fun with all their different ideas, including some puppy wrangling. They’re a family of six now!
Since I’m quite behind on my blog posts, Elliot Riesenweber has already arrived into the world. But that means I can show you the maternity, hospital and newborn photos all together! Jacob & Christine are good friends of mine, so I had the privilege of documenting their entire first baby experience!

This year on Thanksgiving, I decided to capture the day with a retro, documentary style. Very candid and unposed. An exact representation of the way this day passes every year at the Lee house, with all of our family who still live in driving distance. Homemade food, football on TV, and three little nephews with more energy than everyone else combined (after Thanksgiving lunch) playing in the leaves.
