I went out with Mainland for a few days in support of the Marianas Trench “Hey You Guys” Tour. Being their second tour ever as the Mainland project, it was to fun to witness the waves of new fans made after each city’s high energy set. Can’t wait to see what happens next for them. These photos span the shows in LA, Vegas, Tempe, and Dallas.

Valise are very talented recent friends from right here in the South. These guys hosted an incredibly successful release show at Three Links in Deep Ellum for their debut full-length Young Bloomer, right before they headed out on tour with Copeland. We met up early for some promo shots.

My pals in Magic Man finished up an amazing headline tour this past Spring and I met up with them for some TX dates! I also did a few promo shots with tour main support GGFO in this blog post! This summer I’ve had the opportunity to go out on tour with a really amazing group of people, who are as fun as their music. Smallpools is Sean Scanlon (vocals/keys), Mike Kamerman (guitar), Joseph Intile (bass), and Beau Kuther (drums). These guys are SO talented and have blown everyone away with their rapid success and high energy live show. It was a privilege to document every day life with them on stage and on the road. I also had a blast getting to know the crew that helped make everything possible- Kelsey Kuther (guitar tech), James Wooten (TM & FOH), and Sandor Schlaffer (merch manager). So proud of everything I’ve witnessed them accomplish and to call the whole crew friends!
These photos are just a fraction of what I covered of Smallpools on Grouplove’s Spreading Rumors US Tour. They span shows from Pomona, Tempe, Tucson, Dallas Edge Fest, OKC, and a LOT of time in the Sprinter… And there is so much more to come! My sisters and I are far enough apart in age and where we live, so we don’t get to spend a lot of time together. We took a quick weekend road trip to Dallas to hang out and take pictures! The following chronicles just part of what we did and where we stopped.
