For Sara and Tim’s engagement session, we strolled around downtown Edmond, then found a few woodsy and grassy spots for some more nature-inspired photos. They were adorable, and their candid affection created some really great moments! They looks so good together! And did I mention- very photogenic?

Every year I struggle to come up with a birthday activity that is unique and enjoyable for all involved. This year, it just so happened that a band I LOVE (The Burning Hotels) was playing a rare show the weekend right before my birthday. The only problem is that the band and show were Fort Worth. Solution? Birthday road trip with a handful of my closest friends! I decided to take my camera along (of course) for some freestyle, candid shots with a documentary flavor. P.S. My camera was occasionally commandeered by my sister Kathryn, and who knows who else.
Only one photo of the actual show is included, as The Wild Rooster was very dark, but we had a great time hanging out and listening!

Nice day to climb in a tree. With a sign posted right next to it that clearly read, “For your safety, do not climb in tree.” But what do they know.
